My background consists of Associates in Computer Business Administration, Bachelors in Accounting, and over 8 years of tax experience.

I am currently working as an Accounting Technician for the Judicial Council of CA - AOC and also as a Tax Advisor IV during the tax season with H&R Block.  I would like to be upfront with my work schedule so that you are aware of my part time status as a Realtor.  I'm available to work with you after 4 pm M-F and most of the weekend.

I do take the time to work with you closely, my other clients can testify to that.  I will send you listings of the criterions you specify, schedule times for showings, write up offers, and follow-up on everything!  I won't rush you into buying a house just to make a buck.  I will provide you my honest opinions of what I think of the property(ies).  Afterall, it's going to be your home for the continuous years ahead!
